"Life is Better Lived Together" included the continuous series Longhui was working on after his previous suitcase project. By using locks, luggage belts and name tags those travel related materials, he created different formats for these art resources and adapted them with the different gallery spaces. This exhibition took him three full days to install all artwork together. Each piece had its own rich and meaningful background.

The MFA exhibition "I CANT EVEN" was the showcase of Zhang’s current artwork while working on degree of MFA majoring in Drawing and Painting. The idea that how people from outside of United States idolize the Great American Dream became the concept in his work two years ago. So far Longhui has been working on the body work of the Suitcase Series which includes the white painted suitcases sculpture installations, paintings and videos of performance. The combination of art mediums in his piece soon became his identical art language.
Longhui Zhang had his BFA with Multimedia Design in Shanghai, China in 2011. With his artist dream, he then came to United States to pursue his master degree in UNT . “The connection from personal identity to cultural background is the richest resource of art that artist shouldn’t ignore.” said Zhang.
